This webinar is arranged by Erasmus+ funded project Adapting Housing First, together with partners in Sophia Housing (Ireland, project lead), Arrels Fundacio (Spain), Housing First Berlin (Germany) and Y-Säätiö.
The webinar is part of an ongoing development and research project on the application of Housing First policies in Europe, funded by the European Commission’s Erasmus+ program. This webinar is led by Y-Säätiö and will outline how low threshold work activities are a core way to provide support in the Finnish Housing First model. Finland has been successful in reducing homelessness. The webinar will look at the systemic changes that underpin success and their practical applications. It will provide insights into the low threshold work activities which have been important part of the Housing First in Finland.
Join us and learn more how these activities work and what results can be achieved with them.
