What are the objectives of this Research Project?
All the partners in the programme are committed to the principles of Housing First and in particular Housing being the primary solution to homelessness. The Partners are of the strong belief, in particular, that the provision of Homes is the primary solution to homelessness. The Partners in this project also believe that resources should be prioritised and directed towards providing homes and providing the support required to successfully progress out of homelessness.
